Sleep is very important ! If people don’t sleep then they will get grumpy and tired . People sleep better if they’re in their own beds as they find it more comfortable. Lack of sleep can lead to an illness.
What will happen if people don’t sleep?
People who don’t sleep would normally be very in the morning. If you don’t sleep,you can forget things easily and you won’t think straight. There are some bad things that can happen to you if you don’t sleep such as: Cardiovascular disease , diabetes ,hypertension and many different cancers. You can also get these bad things if your brain doesn’t get enough sleep. No sleep means that your body won’t grow and your body will struggle. Sleep is very important for your health.
Why is sleep good for you?
Sleep is good for you because it will keep you healthy however if you have too much sleep, you can have diseases and that won’t be good for your health. Sleep is vital for many different things, such as : Healthy physical,mental and emotional processing. If you do sleep your body will grow and it will work normally and properly . Adults should have at least 7-10 hours of sleep and children should have 9-12 hours of sleep.
Exercise is very important for your body , it helps you keep fit and healthy . People normally work out or go to the gym at least four times a week to stay strong and fit . So read this if you want to live a healthy life not a unfit life !
Exercising gets very hard , however many people don’t know that t is amazing for your body because it prevents signs of aging . Secondly , it helps your brain as well it sharpens your memory and you will be able to remember most things . If people exercise, then they will bee fit , healthy and the right size but if you don’t exercise then you will be over size and mite have some health problems . Lastly it helps you skin , sometimes it makes you sleep better because it makes you tired !

Splatoon is a 3-rd person,multiplayer,online shooter for all ages 7 and above.Its an ink based game where the objective of the game is to ink the most terf/ground.There are 3 different game-modes and over stuff to do in the games like single player. The main characters are the inklings, who are kids and can turn in to squids! Here are some tips to start playing.

For two days I have been reading this great book and I have fallen in love with it. It’s an amazing book and I’m going to explain why I love it and hopefully make you want to read this fabulous book.
